hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed not~.ce
as required by law, and the hearings were held thereon, on the 22nd and 24th days
of August, 1972.
NOW THEREFORE, BL IT RE50LilEd~ by the City Council of the City of Richfie~.d,
Minnesata:

1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council
Resolution No. 4778 adopted on the 12th da~r ®f June, 1972.
2. That Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated
as the engineers for this impro~`ement. They shall prepare plans
and specifications for the making of sucks improvement.
