RESOLUTION RELATING TO EXECUTION OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
of 1972
WHEREAS, the resolution authorizing the sale of the City's Improve-
went Bonds of 1972 provided for the execution of such. bonds by the manual
signature of the City Manager and the facsimile signature of the Mayor,
and
WHEREAS, the City Manager was absent from the City at the time that
such bonds were to be executed, and
WHEREAS, provision was therefore made for the manual signature for
such bonds by the Mayor and the facsimile signature thereof by the City
Manager and the bond were so executed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
The signing of the City's Improvement Bonds of 1972 by the manual
signature of the Mayor and the facsimile signature of the Manager is hereby
ratified and confirmed.
Passed by the city council of the City of Richfield this 14th day of
August, 1972. ~
