RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND .SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON SEPTEMBER 7, 1972 FOR STORM SEWER
CONSTRUCTION AND APPURTENANCES THERETO

WHEREAS, by REsolution No. 4756 passed by the City Council on the 10th day of
April, 1872 a preliminary report for City Project Nos. 647A through 647E by Orr-
Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. (Consultisag Engineers was so ordered, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 4767 passed by the City Council on the 22nd
day of May, 1972, the preliminary report so ordered was received and a public hearing
on said improvement was so ordered to be held on the 26th day of June, 1972, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 4782 passed by the City, Council on the 26th day of
June, 1972, Orr-Schelen Mayeron & Associates, Inc. was so ordered to prepare plans
and specifications for storm sewer construction for City Project Nos. 647A through
647E and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That such plans and specifications are hereby approved, Clerk's File
N®. C-9419
2. That sealed bids will be publicly opened by the City Manager on September
7, 1972 at 11:00 A.M. in the Council Chambers and that such bids wi11 be
tabulated and presented to the City Council for award on the 11th day of
September, 1972.
3. That all bids sha11 be filed with the City Clerk not later than 11:00 A.M.
on the 7th day of September, 1972 and that said bids wi11 be opened. aad
read aloud at that time.
4. That the City Clerk is hereby authorised and directed to advertise for
bids on said improvement as required by lawn
