BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield as follows:
to It is hereby determined to proceed forthwith with the construction of
City Project Nos. 647E and 647H as prop®sed in the n®tice of hearing on said
impr®vemento
2m Plans and specificati®ns for City project Nos. 6476 and 647H, prepared

by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Ass®ciates, Inca and presented to the council on the 14th
day ®f August, 1972 are hereby approved.
3. WHEREAS, City Project Nos. 629-634, 637, 639 & 645 are now under con-
straaction and whereas City Project Noso 647G and 647H involves the same type of
c®nstruction work, it is hereby determined to c®nstruct City Project Nos. 647G
and 647H by ordering the same to be done pursuant to Contract Noa 2111, the
existing storm sewer c®ntract with Nomthern Contracting Company, by Change Order,
on a unit price basis as provided in said contract for an estimated addition to
the contract in the am®unt of $53,0000000
