RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE OF BOND ON OFF-STREET PARKING
Lloyd M. Hall, 7215 Oakland Ave.
Location: 735 W. 65th Street
Use: Auto Body Supply Company
WHEREAS, Lloyd M. Hall, 7215 Oakland Avenue South, Richfield, Minnesota, had
an off-street parking agreement with the City of Richfield relating to 735 W. 65th
Street, which contract bears the designation of Contract Noe 2096 and which contract
was guaranteed by a bond of ties Allied Mutual Insurance Company, Des Moines, Iowa,
in the amount of $3,300.00, and
WHEREAS, Lloyd M, Hall has complied with the provisions of said agreement and
the Allied Mutual Insurance Company,`Des Moines, Iowa, now seeks to be relieved of
~x~y further obligation under said bond, and

WHEREAS, there appears to be no ,justification for required Lloyd M. Hall to
continue to provide a bond for security on the performance of said agreemento
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota, as f®llows:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to release the Allied
Mutual Insurance Company, Des Moines, Iowa, for any and all acts of Lloyd M. Hall,
committed or incurred in violation of said Contract No. 2096, on and after the 14th
day of August, 1972.
Adopted by the City Council this 14th day of August, 1972.
