WHEREAS, contract costs have been paid in the s.xite of $23,818.22 and
WHEREAS, other costs incurred are $2,881.78.
NOW, "i'HEREf'ORE, BE IT R~,SCT~VE~ by the city council of the City of Richfield

as follows:
1. Z"h.at the cost of bituminous surfacing anal concrete curb and gutter con=
struction to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $26,700.01,
and therefore this sum will be assessed ags.inst property benefited
thereby,
2. 'That said assessments shall run for a period of 20 years.
3. 'The city clerk. sh.a11 forthwith calculate the prr~per amount to be specially
assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece, or
parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by
law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office
for public inspection.
