ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL

WHEREAS, total costs of $384,404.82 have been paid,,,summarized as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLD by the city council of the City of Richfield as
follows:

2 That the cost of storm set~rer construction in the above described areas to be
specially assessed is hereby declared to be at least 20% of total cost or
$108,432,96, and therefore this sum will be assessed against privately owned
property benefited therebyQ
2. That said assessment shall run for a period of 20 years and include ~nter~~t
at the rate of 8% per annum.
3~ T°he city clerk shall fs~xthwvi~h calculate the proper a~is~unt to be assessed
for such improvement ag~.«~~~~ every assessable lot, piece or parcel ~f 1a~~~
