lliglr~.~ays, 3air~t Paul., Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identified as S.P. 2785-148,
149 (494~~9~~8 E~h-ich, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications
for high~~_~~~ Construction, dated January 1, 1972, on file in the office of the Commissioner
of highways, constitute tine specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway Number
393 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 494, and
taHER1aAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and
~,dentified are also on file in the office of the City Clerk, and
T~T1iEREAS the term ''said plans and special provisions" as hereinafter used in the body
of this resr~l°stion shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the
plans and special provisions in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described.
tdO~T, T1IHiv 1)E IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisions for the improvement
of Trunk Highway Number 393 renumbered as Trunk Ilighway Number 494 within the limits of
t17e City of Richfield be and hereby approved.
EL 1T IaURTiIf,P. RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown in said plans and
special provisions be and they are hereby approved and consent is hereby given to any arid
all changes in grade occasioned by the construction of said Trunk FIighway iQumber 393,'re-
numbered as Trunk Highway i~tumber 494 in accordance with said plans and special provisions.
