PLANS FOR NEW FORI3 TOWN PARK REHABILITATION PR®dECT

WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreatio~al3irector has prepared preliminary plans
for the improvement of the New Foa~d Town Park Rehabilitation Project, and
WHEREAS, such preliminary plans were presented to the City C®uncil on the
10th day of July, 19720
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. The New Ford Town Park Rehabilitation P~°oject, known as City Project
1
No. 652, is hereby ordered to be made as proposed and described in the preliminary
plans for said projecto
2. The preliminary plans are hereby approved and ordered placed ®n file
in the office of the City Clerk, Clerk's File Noo 913.
3. The cost for such project shall be charged against stoma sewer project
No, 639 as established by Resolution Noo X5799, passed by the City Council on July
10, 1972 and from the park development funds, established by ordinance from the
Special Revenue Fund,
