oil.in.g and 2°' bituminous stabilized use and has presented such plans and specifi~~at~,oy~.s
to the Council. for approval, and
WfIEI~EAS, such improvement is in its entirety of a type which under l~iinnesota la~~
it is permissible for the city to construct by day labor, and
I~iEREAS, this Council has heretofore advertised for bids and awarded a contract
fo;c certain of the bituminous and related materials needed in the making of such an
improvement.
PdOtJ, TklEItEFORE, 13E IT RESOLVEll by the City Council of the City 'of Richfield, as
follo~,rs
1. Such plans and specifications shall be given Clerk's File i~o.C-9409 and the
same are hereby approved and ordered p~.aced on file.
2. The City Engineer shall proceed under the direction of the City Council and
the City l~ianager, as given from time to time, to carry on all wark in connection with.
such improvement in accordance with the plans and specifications herein approved keeping
such account of all costs and expenses incurred in connection therewith as may be re-
quired by law.
3. Financing of said improvement is to be provided by transfer of monies from the
Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund (PIR). Special Assessments hereafter levied by
reason of said improvement shall be used as a source of monies to repay said PIR Fund.
Passed by the City Council this 10th day of July, 1972.
