fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement mf:

Xerxes Avenue 66th Street 69th Street
by penetration oiling and 2" bituminous stabilized base, and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property i.s liable to be assessed for the making
of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of the council hearing through
two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed notice as required by law, and
the hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon on the 10th day of July, 1972.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEll by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution No.
4787 adopted on the 26th day of June, 1972.
2. That the City Engineer is hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement.
He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of this improvement.
Adopted by the City Council this 10th day of July, 1972.
