RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE OF BO1~D ON OFF-STREET PARKING

Minnesota, had an off-street parking agreement with the City of Richfield relating to
6613 Portland Avenue South, which contract bears the designation of Contract No. 1072
and which contract was guaranteed by a bond of the United Pacific Insurance Company,
Tacoma, Washington, in the amount of $1,000.00, and
WHEREAS, Ackron Building and Supply Company has complied with the provisiions of
said agreement and the United Pacific Insurance Company, Tacoma, Washington, now seeks
to be relieved of any further obligation under said bond, and
WHEREAS, there appears to be no justification for requiring the Ackron Building and
Supply Company to continue to provide a bond far security on the performance of said
agreement.
NOW TFIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City of Lichfield, Minn®
esota, as follows:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to release the United
Pacific Insurance Company, Tacoma, Washington, for any and all acts of the Ackron
Building and Supply Company, committed or incurred in violation of said Contract No. 1072, _
