1JI~EREAS, pursuant to resoluti~~~n of the Council adopted on the 26th day of June,
1972, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer, with reference to the improve®
meat by street ®iling as designated in Resolutio;~ I3o, au~d this report was
received by the Council on June 26E 1972, Clerk's File No.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
:iinnesota:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of such street in accordance with

the report and the assessment of those property owners with front footage abutting on
the improved right-of-way in the City of Richfield, for all or a portion of the cost
of the improvement in accordance vrith the annual street improvement and oiling program
assessment policy and the assessment of 50% of the actual cost of the.~improvement
against the Village of Edina, at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $2,127x00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be laeld on such proposed improvement on July 10, 1972
in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, at 7:00 P.ri® and ~fre Clerk shall give pul5lished
notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law
