RESOLUTION ORDERING PP®EPARATIOi~ OF REPORT ON STREET
IMPROVEMENT AND OILING PROGRAM ON XERXES AVENUE FROM
66TH STREET TO 69TH STREET

WIiEIZEAS, it is proposed to improve the following street:

66th Street
69th Street
by penetration oiling, 2" bituminous stabilizing and seal coating, and to assess
abutting lots and parcels of land in the City of Richfield for all or a portion of
the cost of the improvement in accordance with the annual street improvement and
oiling program assessment policy and to assess 50% of the actual cost of the improve-
ment against the Village of Edina.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota.
1. That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer for study
and that he be instructed to report to the council with alI convenient speed, advising
the Council in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasib~,e
and as to whether it should best be made as proposed, or in connection with some
other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
2. That this street improvement shall hereafter.be known as City Project No.
651.
