WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council, adopted on the 12th day of Junek 1972,
fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement of:

Pillsbury Avenue

FROM TO
65th Street
by permanent street surfacing and appurtenances thereto, and
66th Street
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the making
of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of the council hearing through
two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed notice as required by law, and
the hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon on the 26th flay of June, 1972,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution No.
4776 adopted on the 12th day of June, 1971.
2. 'That Orr-Schelen-t~iayeron & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated as the
Engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 26th day of June, 1972.
