WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed far the making
of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of the council hearing through ,,~;
two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed notice as required by law, and
the hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon, on the 26th day of June, 1972.
NOW THEREFORE, $E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution
No. 4756 adopted on the 10th day of April, 1972.
2. That Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates,Inc. are hereby designated as the
Engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvement.
