WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted on the 12th day of June,
1972 a report has been prepared by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. (Consulting
Engineers) with reference to permanent street surfacing as designated in Resolution
do. 4776 and this report was received by the Council on June 12th, 1972, Clerk's File
No. 9393

NOW, TIiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, i~linn-
esota:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of such street in accordance with
the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement of $15,600.00.
2. A public bearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 26th day of
June, 1972 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 F.M. and the Clerk shall
give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law,
