RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON PERMANENT
STREET SURFACING ON PILLSBURY AVENUE FROM 65TH TO 66TH
STREET
CITY PROJECT N0. 649
WIiEREAS~ it is proposed to improve the following street:
Pillsbury Avenue, 65th to 66th Street
by permanent street surfacing and to assess all abutting property for all or
a portion of the cost of the improvement.
TJOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
riiinnesota:
1. That the proposed improvement be referred to Orr-Sclielen-Mayeron &
Associates, Inc. (Consulting Engineers) far study and that they be instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a
preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible, the area
to be assessed, and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in
connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement
as recommended.
2. That the street improvement listed in this resolution shall hereafter
be known as City Project T~To. 649.
3. That the cost for preliminary work shall be paid from the Construction
Fund, such costs to be reimbursed when financing has been accomplished for the
construction of this project.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lichfield this 12th day of
