WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted on the 10th day of April,
1972, a report has been prepared by Orr- Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. (Consulting
Engin eers) with reference to storm sewer improvements as designated in Resolution No.
4756 and this report was received by the Council on May 22, 1972, C lerk's File No.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of the districts hereinafter described
in accordance with the report and the assessment of the property lying within the districts
within the following described boundary line, to wit:

All of Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Adolfson & Peterson's First Addition; all of Lots ~
through 4, Block 2 of said Addition; all of Lots 1 and 2, Block 3 of said Addition;
all of Lot 1, Black 4 of said Addition; all of Lots 1 and 14, Block 5 of said
Addition; and all of the following described property: Beginning at the northwest
corner of Lot 2, Block 3, Adolfson & Peterson's First Addition; thence westerly
