RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR STORM SEWER
CONSTRUCTION AND ORDERING WORK TO I3E DONE BY CHANGE ORDER TO
EKISTING CONTRACT WITH NORTHEI~'~ CONTRACTING COMPAIJY
(12th Avenue, 73rd-74th and 75th Street, 18th-Bloomington)

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield as follows:
1. It is hereby determined to proceed forthwith with the construction of
City Project No. 646 as proposed in the notice of hearing on said improvement.
2. Plans and specifications for City Project No. 646, prepared by Urr-
Schelen-i~3ayeron & Associates, Inc. and presented to this council on the 22nd
day of May, 1972 are hereby approved.
_ 3. WHEREAS, City Project Nos. 629, 630, 631, 632, 633, 634, 637, 639 and
. 645 are now under construction and whereas City Project i~1o. 646 involves the
same type of construction work., it is hereby determined to construct City Project
No. 646 by ordering the same to be done pursuant to Contract No. 2111, the existing
contract with northern Contracting Company by Change Order, on a unit price basis
as provided in said contract for an estimated addition to the contract in the
amount of $27,951.47.
