RESULUTIOT~T ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION
OF PLAIQS AND SPECIFICATIONS

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 4761 of the Council adopted on the
24th day of April, 1972, and pursuant to published and written notice as
required by law, public hearings have been held on City Project T~lo. 648
consisting of ornamental street lighting and appurtenances thereto.
NUW, THEREFORE, BI: IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfi,eld9
Minnesota, as follows:
1. City Project No. 648 consisting of ornamental street lighting and
appurtenances thereto is hereby ordered to be made as proposed and described
in the preliminary report on such project.
2. Construction drawings and specifications for said project Tdo. 648 are
hereby ordered to be prepared and the City Manager is authorized and directed
to secure the preparation thereof as promptly as possible so as to permit the
integration of the work of constructing said project with the construction of
City Project No. 642,
3. City Project No. 642 and 648 are hereby combined and shall hereafter be
known and referred to as City Project No. 642, but this shall not prevent
advertising separately for various portions of the work involved in this improve-~
raen t .
