RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPURT
ON INSTALLATION OF ORNAMENTAL LIGHTS
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following area:
The area lying south of Diagonal Boulevard and north of 78th
Street between 12th Avenue and Cedar Avenue and the area on
and adjacent to 12th Avenue between Diagonal Boulevard and
66th Street

by the installation of ornamental lights and to assess abutting lots and pcarcels
of land in the City of Richfield for all or a portion of the cost of the improve-
ment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer-for study
and that he be instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed,
advising the Council in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed, or in connection
with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
2. That this improvement shall hereafter be known as City Project No. 648.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 24th day of April,
1972.
