RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECT N0. 646
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted on the 10th day of April,
1972, Fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed imptovement of:

E. 75th Street
by storm sewer construction, and
E. 73rd Street E. 74th Street
18th Avenue Bloomington Avenue
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the
making of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of the council hearing
through two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed notice as required
by law, and the hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon, on the 24th
day of April, 1972.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution
No. 4754 adopted on the 10th day of April, 1972.
2. That Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated as the
Engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 24th day of April,
1972.
