by storm sewer construction and appurtenances thereto and to assess all property
benefitted for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of Richfield,
Minnesotan
1. That the proposed improvement be referred to Orr-Schelen-Mayeron &
Associates, Inc. {Consulting Engineers) for study and that they be instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a
preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement are feasible, the areas
to be assessed, and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in
connection with some other improvement and the stimated cost of the improvements
as recommended.
2. That the storm sewer improvements listed in this resolution shall here-
after be known as City Project Nos. 647A through 647H.
3. That the cost for preliminary work shall be paid from the Construction
Fund, such costs to be reimbursed when financing has been accomplished for the
construction of this project.
