WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted on the 10th day of April,
1972, a report has been prepared by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. (Consulting
Engineers) with reference to storm sewer improvement as designated in Resolution No.
4754 and this report was received by the Council on April 10, 1972, Clerk's File

NUW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of the district hereinafter described
in accordance with the report and the assessment of the property lying within the district
within the following described boundary line, to-wit:
Lots 1 - 9, Block 9, Fallden's Third Addition
All of Blocks 3 & 4, Fallden's Third Addition

2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 24th day
of April, 1972, in the council chambers of the city hall, at 7:00 P.M. and the clerk
shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
