RESOLUTION APPROVING BUS RAMP CONSTRUCTION, AND SURVEILLANCE AND
TRAFFIC CONTROL EQUIPMENT TO I35W URBAN CORRIDOR DEMONSTRATION
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Highways has grepared preliminary plans for the
improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 394, renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number 35W, within the corporate limits of the City of Richfield from the south
corporate limits to the north corporate limits; and
WHEREAS, said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the Department
of Highways, S~.int Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as
Layout No. 1A, S.P. 1981-47 & S.P. 2782-132 (35W-394) from T.H. 13 to downtown
Minneapolis; Subject: I35W Urban Corridor Demonstration Project; and
WHEREAS, copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled, and identi-

fied are also on file in the office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in the body
of this resolution shall be deeme>3 and intended to mean, refer to, and to incor-
porate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals particularly identified
and described;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans for the improve-
meet of Trunk Highway Number 394, renumbered Trunk Highway Number 35W, within the
limits of the City of Richfield, be and hereby are approved in regard to construc-
tion of bus ramps and installation of surveillance equipment and lamp control signals.
