WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 4517, passed by the City Council on the-8th day of
March, 1971 a preli~inary report for City Project No. 629 by Orr-Schelen-;Mayeron &
Associates, Inc. (Consulting Engineers) was so ordered, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 4684, passed by the City Council on the 26th
day of October, 1971 the preliminary report so ordered was received and a public
hearing on said improvement was so ordered to be held on the 13th day of December,
971, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 4698, passed by the City Council on the 13th day of
ecember, 1971, Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. was so ordered to prepare plans
and specifications for storm sewer construction for City Project No. 629 as outlined in
said Resolution No. 4517 and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council
for approval.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution TVo. 4681, passed by the City Council on the 26th
day of October, 1971 the preliminary report so ordered was received and a public
hearing on said improvement was so ordered to be held on the 22nd day of November,
1971, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 4694, passed by the City Council on the 22nd day of
November, 1971, Orr-5chelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. was so ordered to prepare
plans and specifications for storm sewer construction for City Project No. 639 as
outlined in said Resolution No. 4527 and has presented such plans and specifications

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 4683, passed by the City Council on the 26th
day of October, 1971 the preliminary report so ordered was received and a public
hearing on said improvement was so ordered to be held on the 22nd day of November,
1971, and
W~iEREAS, by Resolution No. 4695, passed by the City Council on the 22nd day of
November, 1971, Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. was so ordered to prepare
plans and specifications for storm sewer construction for City Project No. 645 as
outlined in said Resolution No. 4682 and has presented such plans and specifications
to the Council for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That such plans and specifications are hereby approved, Clerk's File No.
2. That sealed bids will be publicly opened by the City Manager on April 14th,
1972, at 11:30 A.M. in th,e Council Chambers and that such bids will be
tabulated and presented to the City Council for award on the 24th day of
April, 1972,
3. That all bids shall be filed with the City Clerk not later than 11:30 A.M.
on the 14th day of April, 1972, and that said bids will be opened and
read aloud at that time.
