RESOLUTION No. 4738
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF RICHFIELD TO
ACT AS GRANTEE FOR A RICHF'lELD YOUTH SERVICE BUREAU
WHEREAS, the City Council has directed the administration to prepare a grant
application and submit same to the Governor's Commission on Crime Prevention
and Control for a Richfield Youth Service Bureau and,
WHEREAS, the city administration has prepared such an application to be
submitted to the Region G Criminal Justice Advisory Committee by March 1, 1972,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Richfield agrees to act

as Grantee for a Youth Service Bureau and to administer funds in behalf of the
Youth Service Bureau.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Nlayor and the City Manager of the City of
Richfield are hereby authorized and directed to execute such an agreement as
requested by the Governor's Commission on Crime Prevention and Control and to
implement such grant.
