1972 CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO EXECUTI~T~ DEPA:R~"NL~,~'T
WHEREAS, Resolution Noq 4658 appropriated funds for each department of
the city for the year 1972; and
WHEREAS, a contingency appropriation was made in the General Fund for
various purposes, including the 1972 salary adjustments and the related fringe
benefit contributions; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No® 4732 establishes the 1972 salary for the City
Manager and the related fringe benefit contributions, and it is hereby determined
that it will be necessary to distribute $1,556P00 of the contingency to the
executive departmentes budget activity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVET~ by the city ca~uncil of the City of Richfield
that the sum of $1,556800 be transferred from the contingency appropriation to
the executive department,
