Resolution Relating to Participation in the Construction and
Operation of Traffic Control Signals and Street Lights
(Intersection of Xerxes Ave, and Crosstown Hwya)
BE IT RESOLVED, That the City of Richfield enter into an Agreement
with the County of Hennepin:
To install full traff%.c actuated traffic control signals with mast arms
and integral street lights at the intersections of County State Aid Highway
31 (Xerxes Avenue South) with the north and south interchange ramps of
County State Aid Highway Noo 62 as shown in the plans for Hennepin County
Project No. 7161. Such installation shall be in accordance with the terms
and conditions of Agreement No. PW~-61p19m71, with copies of such project
plans and agreement being before the Council; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That said plans and agreement be in all things
approved, and that the Mayor and City Manager be and hereby are authorized
to execute said agreement anal thereby assume for and on behalf of the City
all of the contractual obligations contained thereino
