RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOUT AND CpNTRACT FOR OFF-STREET PARKING
IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICATION NO,. 71-16, CONTRACT N0. 2105

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:.
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the off-street parking as contained in
Off-Street Parking. Application No. 71-16, Contract No. 2105, is hereby approved sub3ect
to and upon completion of performance of the contract .for such off-street parking as
hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed off-street parking contract for the improvement of said off-
street parking area, bearing Contract No. 2105, be given Clerk's File No. 9364 , b-e
laced on file and that the Manager be authorized to sign said contract and the Clerk be
authorized to seal the same for and on behalf of this city.
3. That the off-street parking operator's bond far the performance of the conditions
of said off-street parking contract, in the amount of $5,050.00 on which the Reliance
Insurance Company, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, appears as surety, is hereby approved.
4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said off-street
parking lot shall remain the responsibility of the off-street parking lot operator in
accordance with Ordinance Code No. 4.05.
Adopted by the City Council this 10th day of January, 1972.
