RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CITY"S CONTRIBUTION
TOWARD EMPLOYEE HOSPITAL-MEDICAL INSURANCE PREMIUM
WHEREAS ahospital-medical/surgical group insurance plan is available
for City employees and their families, and
WHEREAS all permanent full-time employees and permanent probationary
employees shall be eligible for plan benefits as described in the Personnel
Rules and Regulations Ordinance, and
WHEREAS the City Council is required by resolution to determine the City's
contribution toward a single person premium,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield that in 1972 the City shall contribute $13= 19 per month toward a single
person premium for all eligible employees ($158.28 per annum), with the
participating employee paying any remaining premium charge through payroll
deductions .
