RESOLUTION AUTI-IORIZING REVISION OF
1971 BUDGET OF VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4454, appropriated funds for personal services, other ex-
penses and capital outlays for each department of the City for the year 1971 and
WHEREAS, Resolution Nos. 4498, 4512, 4513, 4528, 4541, 4562, and 4566 made
appropriations from the 1971 Contingency Account to various departments; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4657 made 1971 budget appropriation revisions as detailed
in the 1972 budget documento and
WHEREAS, the City Charter, Chapter 7, Section 7.09, gives the council authority to
transfer unencumbered appropriation balances from one office, department or agency to
another within the same fund at the request of themanager; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has requested a final revision of the 1971 budget appropri-•
ations in accordance with charter provisions and as detailed in the City Manager's
council letter No. 327, dated December 27, 1971,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield as
follows:
Section 1 , That the 1971 appropriations for each department of the General Fund be
revised as follows:
