RESOLUTION APPROVING DESIGNATION OF AUDITOR FOR THE YEAR
ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1971
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield as follows:
1. A proposed agreement, dated the 13th day of December, 1971, by and
between OLSON & CLOUGH, Certified Public Accountants, and the City of Richfield
providing for auditing services for the calendar year 1971, is hereby given Clerk°s
File No. C-9363 and ordered to be placed on file.
2. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expgdent by the city to
enter into such contract, and the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and
directed to execute such contract for and on behalf of the City.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, this 13th day
of December, 1971.
