RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT A~TD PREFARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION'

WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted on the 26th day of October,
1971, fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement of:

WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the making
of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of the council hearing through
two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed notice as required by law, and
the hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon, on the 13th day of December,
1971.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council. Resolution
No. 4521 adopted on the 8th day of March, 1971, and also in the following
area:

at an estimated additional construction cost of $1,860.00.
2. That all that property abutting Blaisdell Avenue from 68th Street to 69th Street
be deleted from the assessment area.
3. That Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated as the
Engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 13th day of December,
1971.
