RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION

WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted on the 26th day of October,
1971, fixed a date for a hearing on the :~~~oposed improvement of:

by storm sewer construction, and

WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the
making of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of the council
hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed notice as
required by law, and the hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon, on
the 13th day of December, 1971.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution
No. 4520 adopted on the 8th day of March, 1971, but only in the following
areas:
LOCATION
West 68th Street
Upton Avenue
FROM TO
Knox Avenue Humboldt Avenue
702 Street 71st Street
at an estimated deletion in the construction cost of $12,380.00.

2. That Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated as the
Engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvement.
