RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT FOR STORM SEWER
CONSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECT N0. 635
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City C®uncil, adopted on the 26th day of October,
1971, fixed a date for a hearing, on the ;proposed improvement of:

Vincent Avenue
West 77th Street
by storm sewer construction, and
TERMINI
FROM TO
Washburn Circle 77th Street
Vincent Avenue Upton Avenue
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the tgaking
of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of the council hearing through
two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed notice as required by law, and
the hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon, on the 13th day of December,
1971.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution
No. 4523 adopted on the 8th day of March, 1971.

2. That Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated as the
Engineers for this improvement. They shall be notified at a later date
in regard to the preparation of plans and specifications for the making
of such improvement.
