RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION QF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION

WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted on the 26th day of October,
1971, fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement of:

WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the making
of dais improvement, were given ten days published notice of the council hearing through
two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed notice as required by law,.and
the hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon, on the 13th day of December,
19710
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1< That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution
No. 4518 adopted on the 8th day of March, 1971, but only in the following
areas:

Engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvement.
