has been made for a public health nursing c~istr:ict in t~'aat portion of Hennepin
County outside tyre City of Minneapolis, and

has been urgar~ized and has been in operation for several years, and
WT=~~RI:AS, iL is deemed necessary to continue the operation of such nursing
district and to provide it-with adequate funds for its proper operation.

that this pol:~tical subdivision continue to be included in the public health
nursing district of rural Hennepin County, organized on January 4, 1952; that it
participate in the benefits thereof; and that it agrees to support on an appor-
tior,.mer~~t basis its pro rata share of the cost of t?~e administration of such district
pr~,~~ided, however, that for tre period January 1, 1972 through December 31,.1972,
this cost stall not emceed 34~^ per capita on the basis of the last official censusa
