W1[iEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the making
of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of the council hearing through
two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed notice as required by law, and
the hearing was held and the property owners herd thereon, on the 22nd day of November,
1971.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution
No. .4682 adopted on the 26th day of October, 1971.
2. That Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated as the
Engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvement.
