WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed fo;~ the making
of this impr®veanent, were given ten days published notice of the council hearing through
two weekly publications of the required notice,: and mailed notice as required by law, and
the hearing was held and the property owners 'heard thereon, on the 22nd day of November,
1971.
?SOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn
esota:
1971.
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution
No. 4519 adopted on the 8th day of March, 1971.
2. That Orr-Schelen-Mayeron ~ Associates, Inc. are thereby designated as the
Engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare t»lans and specifications
for the making of such improvement.
