Engineers) with reference to storm sewer improvement as designated in Resolution No.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That the Council consider the.. improvement of the district hereinafter described
in accordance with the report and the assessment of the property lying within the distract
within the following described boundary line, to-wit:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 4, Block 4, Meadow Lane Addition;
thence southwesterly along the_mid-block line of said block to the western
most corner of Lot 11, said block; thence southeasterly to the northwest
corner of Lot 12, said block; thence. southeasterly to the southeast corner
of Lot 11, said block; thence northeasterly to the southwest corner of Lot
12, Block 4, said addition; thence.southeasteriy to the southeast corner
of said lot; thence northeasterly. to the northeast ..corner of said lot;
thence easterly to-the southeast_.corner:of Lot l4, said block; thence south-
easterly to the northwest corner of Lot 7, said .block; thence easterly to
tine southeast corner of Lot 6, said block; thence..northeasterly to the
southwest corner of Lot 10, .Block 6, said addition; thence easterly. to the
southeast corner of said lot; thence northerly to-the northeast corner of
Lot 15, said block; thence northerly.. across West 77th Street to the south-
east corner of Lot 9, Block l,.said addition; thence northerly along the
midblock line and its extension to its intersection with the centerline
of West 76th Street; thencewesterly_.along said centerline to its inter-

2. A public hearing shall be held.on such. proposed. improvement on the 13 day of
December ,?..971, in the council chambers of the city hall, at 7:00 P.M. and the clerk shall
give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
