WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted on the 8th day of ARarch,
1971, a report has been prepared by~Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. (Consulting
Engineers) with reference to storm sewer improvement as designated in Resolution No.
~+~22 and this report was received by the Council on October 26,1971, Clerk's Pile

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
7. That the Council consider the improvement of the district hereinafter described
sn accordance with the report and the assessment of the property lying within the district
within the following described boundary line, to-wit:
Beginning at the centerline of the Minneapolis, Northefield and Southern
Railroad right-of-way at its intersection with the centerline of West
73rd Street; thence westerly along. said centerline to its intersection
with the northern extension of .the centerline of the mid-block alley of
Block 8, Irwindale Additi.on.; thence southerly along said centerline to
its intersection-with the eastern. extension of.the north line of Lot 11,
said block; thence westerly along said line and extension to its inter-
- section with the centerline.of.Grand Avenue South; thence. southerly along
said centerline to its interse.etion_with the eastern extension. of the
north line of Lot 3, Block~7, Irwindale Addition; thence westerly along
said line and extension to.its_.intersection with the centerline_of the
mid-block alley of Block 7;.thence southerly along said centerline and
its. extension to its intersection_with_the centerline of.-West 74th Street;
thence easterly along said centerline to .its intersection with a line
parallel with the Minneapol.is,_Northfield., Southern_Railroad centerline
and at a distance-of ~6g feat west of the centerline of the. Minneapolis,
Northfield.and Southern. Railroad; thence southerly on said parallel
line to a point 163.52 feet.south_of_the centerline_of West_.74th Street;
thence easterly along a line_parallel_withthe centerline.of_West 7th
Street, to its intersection with-the centerline of the Minneapolis,
Northfield, and Southern Railroad; thence northerly an said centerline
to the point of beginning. _
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $8,922.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 13th day of
December,'-971, in the council-chambers of the city hall, at 7:00 P.M. and the clerk shall
g~iVe p~ab~isiaeci notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
