NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of the district hereinafter described
'n accordance with the report and the assessment of the property lying within the district
ithin the following described boundary line to-wit:
Beginning on the centerline of the Minneapolis, Northfield and Southern
Railroad and its intersection with the centerline of West 73rd Street;
thence southerly to its intersection with the western extension of the
south line of Lot 6, Block 4, Nicollet View Gardens Addition; thence
easterly on said extension and line to its. intersection with the mid-block
line, Block 4; thence southerly on said .mid-block line and its extension
to its intersection with the centerline of West 75th Street; thence easterly
on said centerline to its intersection with the southern extension of the
mid-block line, Block 3, Nicollet View Gardens Addition; thence northerly
on said extension and line to the northwest corner .of Lot 1, said block
and addition, thence northerly across West 7th Street to the southwest.

2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 13ti. day of
December,iQ71, in the council chambers of the city hall, at 7:00 P.M. and tine clerk shall
give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
