WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted on the 8th day of March,
1971, a report has been prepared by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. (Consulting
Engineers) with reference to storm sewer improvement as designated in Resolution No.
1+520 and this report was .received by the council on October 26, 1971, Clerk's File

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota:
1. That the Couneil consider the improvement of the district hereinafter described
in accordance with the report and the assessment of the property lying within the district
within the following described boundary line to-wit
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 3, Bartholomew Addition; thence
southerly along the west lines of Lots 3, I+, 5 and 6, of said addition to the
southwest corner of Lot 6, said addition; thence southerly along a line parallel
with the centerline of Irving Avenue South at a distance of 165 feet West of
centerline of Irving Avenue South to its intersection with the centerline of
West 68th Street; thence southerly along the northern extension of the mid-block
line, Block 3, Tingdale Brothers Lincoln Hills Second Addition to the southwest
corner of Lot 1, said block and addition; thence easterly along the south line
of said lot, block and addition to the southeast corner of said lot, block and
addition; thence easterly across Irving Avenue South to the southwest corner of
Lot 18, Block 2, Wood Lake Highlands Addition; thence easterly along the south
line of said lot to the southeast corner of said lot; thence northerly along the
east line of said lot to the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 2, Tingdale Brothers

2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 13th day of
December, 1971, in the council chambers of the city hall, at 7:00 P.M. and the clerk shall
give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
