esota:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of the district hereinafter described
n accordance with the report and the assessment of the property lying within the district

Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 7, Block 2, Lein's Richfield
Second Addition; thence southerly to the southwest corner of Lot 9, Penn

centerline of Xerxes Avenue South and at a distance of 166.2 feet east
