NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That the Cau~:cil consider the improvement of the district hereinafter described
in- accordance with the report and the assessment of the property lying within the district
within the following described boundary-line, to wit:

shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
