RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON NOVEMBER
22, 1971, ON STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION

WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted on the 8th day of March,
1971, a report has been prepared by Orr=Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. (Consulting
Engineers) with reference to storm sewer improvement as designated in Resolution No.
1527 and this report was received by the Council on October 26, 1971, Clerk's File
No.

New Ford Town Addition
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Etichfield,
Minnesota:
1. That the Council consider the improvement~of the district hereinafter described
in accordance with the report and the assessment of the property lying within the district
within the following described-boundary line, to-wit:
Lot 1 and lots. l0 through 23 of-Block 2, New Ford Town Addition;-Lots-i
through 23 of Block 3, said addition; Lots 1 through 23 of Block 4 of
said addition; Lots l through 23~of Block 5 of said addition; hots 1
through 23 of Block~6 of-said addition;-Lots 1 through 12, Block 7 of
said addition;~Lots 1 through 2~+ of Block~9 of said addition; Lots 1
through 2~+ of Block 10 of-said addition; Lots i through 2~# of Block ll
of said addition; Lots l~through 2~+ of Block 12-of said addition; Lots l
through 21+ of Block 13 of said addition; Lots 1 through 12 of Block i~
of said addition; Lots i2~and-13 of Block~l6 of said addition;~Lots~3.2-
through 22 of Biock-17 of said addition; Lots 3-through-22 of Block i8
of said addition; Lots 3 through 22 of Block 19 of said addition; Lots
3 through 13 of Block 20 of said addition; Lot 12 of Block 21 of said
addition.
Beginning on the centerline of East~66th Street-at a point 829.5-feet
east of the NW corner-of-the-SW i/~ of 'Section~25, T. 28, R: 24; thence
south 250.06 feet; thence~easter1y~330 feet at~an angie~of-89° 5i' to
the left; thence northerly along a line at an angle of 89° ~+2' to the
left to its intersection with the centerline of East 66th Street; thence
westerly to the point of-beginning.
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $2~+2,0~+6.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement-on the 22nd day of
November, 1971, in the council chambers of the city hall at 7:00 P.M. and the clerk shall
give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
