WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted on the Sth day of March,
1971, a report has been prepared by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. (Consulting
Engineers) with reference to storm sewer improvement as designated in Resolution No.
x+526 and this report was received by the Council on October 26, 1971, Clerk's File No.

"NOW,,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota: '
1. That .the Council consider the improvement of the district hereinafter described
in accordance with the report and the assessment of the property lying within the district
within the following described boundary line, to wit:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot_11, Block 7, Nokomis Garden's
Rearrangement of Block 7, 11, 12, Girard Parkview Addition; thence southerly
to the southwest corner of said lot; thence southerly to the northwest corner
of Lot 1, Block 6, Girard Parkview Addition; thence southerly to the southwest

for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of X30,221.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on-the 22nd day of
November, 1971, in the council chambers of the city hall at 7;00 P.M. and the clerk shall
give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
