WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted on the 8th day of March,-
1971, a report-has been prepared. by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. (Consulting
Engineers) with reference to storm sewer improvement as designated in Resolution No.
4525 and this report was received by the Council on October 26, 1971,Clerk's File

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota: .
1. That the Council consider the improvement of the district hereinafter described
in accordance with the report and the assessment of the property lying within the district
within the following described-boundary line, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 1, Christian's Addition, Lots la 2, 3; ~+, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of
Block 2, said addition, Lots 1, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13,.14, 15 and 16, of Block
2, Rich Highland's Addition; Lots 1 & 24, Block 2, Nokomis Gardens Re-
arrangements of Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, Girard Parkview Addition;.Lot
22, Block 7 of Nokomis Gardens Rearrangement•of Blocks 7, 11, 12,_Girard
Parkview Addition; Lot 14, B1ock~.8', Girard-Parkview Addition-; Lots .l5-and
16 of Block 1, Nokomis Gardena Rearrangments of Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5,

for all or a portion of the cast of the improvement~at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $16,141.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on suchpropoeed improvement on the 22nd-day of
November,1971, in-.the council chambers of the city ha11, at 7:00 P.M. and the clerk shall
give published notice of such hearing-and improvement as required_by law.
